You will get a PS3UPDAT.PUP file of 203MB

On a USB key create a PS3 folder and an UPDATE folder and copy the downloaded PS3UPDAT.PUP file into it. You must have on the usb key:

PS3\UPDATE\PS3UPDAT.PUP
