Here are the most recent versions for the most useful programs for your PS3 DEX, if you had to reinstall them if you deleted them on the console, or if you have an older version.
They are all compatible with the firmware Rebug 4.81 Rebug 4.80 Rebug 4.75 Rebug 4.70.
Just copy the .PKG files to the root of a USB key and install them on the console with PKG Manager → Installation → Standard

On the PS3 always install the latest version 2.80, no matter what version you have on the PC!
On the PC you can ideally install the latest version also 2.80.
However, if you have older tools that are not compatible with 2.70 or 2.80, you can install version 2.60. There is no problem to have a different version between PC and PS3, and generally the compatibility problems with the tools are only due to the PC version too recent.
